Stop feeling invisible as a leader. Get the 5 hidden reasons + your first AI breakthrough
Before I became your Strategic Partner, I spent 25+ years in the high-stakes corporate trenches. I was the Change and Communications Strategist brought in for the "big ones"—the massive SAP and Oracle implementations that represent the most significant shifts an organization faces in a decade.
While projects of this scale usually have an entire department of change managers, training managers, and communication specialists, I was typically a team of one (with maybe a single trainer). I didn't have the luxury of a permanent seat at the table or a massive team to delegate to.
I had to master the art of producing massive organisational shifts through pure strategic leverage. I know exactly what it’s like to carry the weight of a high-stakes outcome on your own shoulders. I know my stuff—and at my corporate peak, my charge-out rate was $3,500 a day.
But here is the heartbreaking reality I saw, My Lovely. During those 16+ transformations, I noticed a recurring, systemic trap. I watched ambitious women lead their teams through massive upheaval and deliver world-class results, only to remain invisible when it came to the next strategic role.
The implementation didn’t make them invisible; it just proved they were "indispensable doers." Their competence had become their cage. I realised that the change management we need most isn’t for our software systems; it’s for our leadership narrative.

When I was 25, I had a dream: I was on a stage, looking out at a sea of people, all filled with certainty and contentment. I knew I was meant for more, but I hit the glass ceiling (and the glass floor) early on.
Years later, a colleague’s health scare gave me the "nudge" I needed. Life is too short to stay in a job that limits your impact. So, my husband and I hit the road in Girty, our mobile home, to travel Australia.
I’ll be honest: it scared the hell out of me. But in that space, the dream from my 25-year-old self came flooding back.
I realised I could channel my decades of consulting experience and my love for neuroscience into resources that help women become the Strategic Trailblazers they were born to be (without the corporate price tag).
I don’t do generic. My coaching style is built on three pillars that get the job done, no matter how complex the situation:
Curiosity
It’s like a Kitchen Mix Master or a Thermomix with all the attachments. It restrains judgment and paves the way for learning. I believe the world is better when we leave our curiosity "out on the bench" for easy access. No agendas. No judgment.
Creativity
I love testing the new and different. To be open to new ideas and willing to test them in new ways. Everyone is creative; it just takes a willingness to experiment to spark those new connections.
Courage
As Mark Twain said, "Courage is acting in spite of fear." I believe there would be far less stress in the world if we had courageous conversations with those around us and the courage to do stuff differently.
I’ve been an internationally accredited coach via the ICF since 2016—the gold standard of coaching. My "secret sauce" is the ability to read between the lines, intuitively knowing what you need to hear or say to move forward.
