What is neuro-coaching?

Neuro-coaching challenges your negative self-talk and limiting beliefs and helps you replace it with helpful thoughts and beliefs.

It is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. Don’t stress, it’s not all woo woo or airy fairy.

It’s a practical, action packed process, that is evidenced based, from neuro-science. 

How does it work?

You know how sometimes you have something on the ‘tip of your tongue’ so to speak. And you can’t quite remember what you wanted to say?

Well this is often what is happening in your brain.

Often, we have the answer – we just haven’t been asking the right question!

I will stretch and challenge you to think differently. It will potentially lead you to make stronger neural connections. And that thought or idea, won’t be just a fleeting feeling ‘on the tip of your tongue’. 

I will enter into the coaching conversation with curiosity, and draw out the solution from within you.

Schedule a FREE 1:1 online 30 minute discovery call

We discuss the coaching process, the problem you are trying to solve. 

This is also an opportunity to determine if we are the right ‘fit’. 

Choose a Coaching Plan

Weekly, mortnightly or monthly?

The frequency is important to get momentum, and make lasting change. The coaching plans come in 3, 6 or 12 sessions.

This plan is for you if you want to progress your goals at a moderate pace and are good at keeping yourself focussed on the goals you want to achieve. You will get a 1 hour personal coaching call a month. You can also participate in the group coaching sessions held at least monthly, and get further support via your coaching portal and Facebook group.
